Mr Miceli Asks for Your Recyclables

Dear parents of Mar Vista Elementary School,

This school year is shaping up to be Mar Vista’s most creative yet! The new art room is a great addition to your child’s daily activities, and will help to broaden their minds and understanding of the world of art.

In coordination with the Green Dolphins organization, I’m inquiring to see if parents would like to donate some “recyclable” supplies to the Visual Arts classroom. Donating any of these items in any amount will be greatly appreciated!

These items will be in the form of recyclable materials that can be re-used in art projects or storage. You can place any of these items outside the Art Room (Room 36) in any of the cardboard boxes labeled “Recycled Items”.

If you feel that you have something that is not on this list, don’t be afraid to bring it by anyway, or e-mail me about it, I’m always coming up with new project ideas. *Please make sure that any items that previously contained food have been cleaned thoroughly.

Thank you very much for your help and donations!

Sincerely,

Mr. Miceli
